These terms apply to services provided by Loving Hands Grave Care, a DBA of Trusty Watersports LLC, and to your use of this website.

Our services

We provide grave cleaning, floral placement, decoration, photography, and related remembrance services at cemeteries within our service area. Service is scheduled by agreement with you and is subject to cemetery rules, weather, and site access. Where a cemetery requires permission for cleaning or placement, that permission must be in place before work begins.

Scheduling, cancellation, and access

Visit dates are targets, not guarantees; weather, ground conditions, and cemetery access can move a visit. If we cannot complete a scheduled visit, we will tell you and reschedule. Cancellation terms are as stated in your service agreement.

Payment

Fees are as quoted in your care plan. Recurring plans are billed on the schedule described at signup and continue until you cancel.

Photographs and materials

You may send us photographs, inscriptions, or remembrances to use in performing your service. You confirm you have the right to share them. We will not use them publicly or for advertising without your permission. Photographs we take during a visit are provided to you for your own use.

Text messaging terms

By texting us at (252) 648-6664, or by giving us your mobile number when you set up service, you agree to receive text messages from Loving Hands Grave Care related to your inquiry, your scheduled visits, and the care of the grave or graves in your service. These are conversational and customer-care messages, not marketing messages.

  • Message frequency varies based on your service and your messages to us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at lovinghandsgravecare@outlook.com or (252) 648-6664.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. If you opt out, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
  • Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with graves, markers, and memorial items, and we use cleaning methods appropriate to the stone. Monuments and markers are old and can be fragile, and pre-existing damage is not always visible. Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for the visit or visits at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
