-
Each cemetery maintains its own rules. We will inquire, on your behalf, whether your desired service is allowable.
-
Yes. Using cemetery records, obituaries, public records, and other available resources, we’ll work to identify their burial location.
-
We start gently and work up both in method and chemical used. What we use depends on the headstone material and the regulations of the cemetery. We never use a power washer or any method or cleaner that might cause damage to the grave or site. If a case arises that the headstone is not becoming clean using our standard methods, we will contact you and refer to other industry professionals to find a possible solution.
-
No. Our intent is to care for your loved ones grave in your absence. Billing is done remotely and before and after pictures are sent to you on every visit. You will be able to take comfort in our work and know your loved one’s grave is maintained, whether you are near or far.
-
Yes. Our ultimate goal is loving care of your loved one’s grave. If they had a favorite flower, we will be happy to provide that. Maybe a favorite animal at their birthday or a wreath at Christmas? These are all normal requests and we will always accommodate them whenever we can.
-
We will make a judgment call. Any items that you specifically ask to remain, we will clean but never remove. If flowers or other remembrances have been left, their condition will be examined and they will be replaced or discarded, if needed. Because we always provide a before and after photo, you will see the exact condition of the site upon our arrival. It is important to let us know about any items you want left at the grave because what might appear as rubbish might hold important sentimental value and once it’s discarded we will have no way to retrieve it.
-
Some materials and locations provide better longevity for grave markers than others. A bronze marker in a clear field with good sunlight will need less care than a granite headstone in a shady spot by the water. At minimum, a twice yearly cleaning is recommended which is why our packages start at bi-annual visits.
-
That is okay; we will get it back to beautiful condition. Sometimes we need to schedule an appointment to locate and assess the condition of a grave before we select a care package. To start the process, just send us a message or call us and we will take it from there.
-
Relieve yourself of that guilt. We are here to help now. Yes, it’s common. Life happens and it often becomes impractical to visit a grave even when you want to very badly. If you read our “about” section, you will see it how happened to us.
-
Very simply, a less tended care requires more work to bring it back to beauty. It will be dirtier with more debris to remove, possibly needed landscaping, and full floral refresh which will include complete replacement of the foam that holds the flowers in place. Basically, the longer in between visits, the more work that must be done.
-
Yes. That type of question needs a personal reply to gain better understanding of exactly what you want. But short answer, yes of course. Please contact us at the link below.

We make sure that all seasonal and holiday decoration and florals are on the display for the season and NEVER put in place late. We often can accommodate a birthday or anniversary. The rule of thumb we keep is, “always before and never after” for special occasions and dates. Please let us know of your requests and we will do our best to honor them.
-
This is the very core of the business. We will treat your loved one’s grave with Loving Care - it’s more than a simple cleaning and tossing on some new flowers. We take a moment to show honor and respect to your loved one lost. We will share special words with them, if you have any. We always say our own signature words of remembrance. We have solemn and respectful visit and always leave the site better than we found it.
