Loving Hands Grave Care DBA of Trusty Watersports LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides grave care and remembrance services in eastern North Carolina. We take your privacy seriously and treat the information, photographs, messages, and personal remembrances you share with us with care and discretion.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and manage your service: your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number; the name, cemetery, and location of the grave or graves in your care plan; photographs we take of the grave and any photographs or materials you send us; your service preferences and requests; your messages to us; and payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not collect payment card numbers directly and do not store them.

How we use your information

We use your information only as needed to schedule and perform your service, send you visit confirmations and photographs, answer your questions, process payment, and keep records of the care provided. Photographs or other materials you share are never used publicly for advertising or promotional purposes without your permission.

Text messaging

If you text us or provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, your scheduled visits, and the care of the grave or graves in your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service; we will contact you by phone or email instead.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, for example our scheduling and messaging software, our payment processor, and our email provider, and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We may also share information where required by law, or with a cemetery or sexton where it is necessary to obtain permission or to locate a grave.

Retention

We keep service records and photographs for as long as your service is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can answer questions about past visits. You may ask us to delete your records at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you by any particular method. Write to us at lovinghandsgravecare@outlook.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
